Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operation, including Hong Kong and overseas securities, derivatives products, funds and structured products;
• Handle the system operation of CCASS, DCASS, CMU and Euroclear to execute the daily operating procedures;
• Solid experience of Future and Equities options for Hong Kong Market;
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing agents and in-house parties to process the account opening, trade confirmation and tackle related settlement issue;
• Ensure the efficient operation of daily settlement by establishing clear policies, procedures, and job manuals;
• Participate in system development projects including user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and deployment.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Finance, Business administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in securities firm or investment bank;
• Possess strong operational capabilities, with in-depth knowledge of account opening, trading, settlement, clearing and operations;
• Good sense of responsibility with excellent teamwork;
• Proactive, willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable.
