The institutional sales desk of TF International covers hedge funds, asset managers, banks, family offices and provides services and solutions. It is positioned as the core engine of our business and provides candidates the best opportunities to monetize their sales talents and resources.
Cover existing institutional clients and further expand clientele strategically
Provide secondary market products such as research and market making;
Liaise closely with research and sales trading to optimize workflow;
Contribute to primary market deals, e.g. IPO or placements, and closely follow up with the deal communication and execution
Work with trading and product desk to provide cross asset solutions to clients
Work with department heads to execute strategic projects for the firm and to contribute to the development of the platform
Requirements
Qualified of being at sales role (self-motivating, hungry, hardworking, strategic thinking, market savvy, etc.)
Bachelor ’s degree at least
3-5 years working experience in sales (especially equities sales in Chinese research institutes or QFII sales) with proven strong clientele and results
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent social and team-working ability
Fluent in English and Mandarin with proficiency in Cantonese being an absolute plus
Familiar with sales and analytic tools
