We are looking for a hands-on, high caliber talent with a growth mindset to join our team. You will be required to Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and subsequently execute and implement them in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Explore and Solicit new business opportunities with current services using company's online/offline customer base.
• Develop and build new relationships/network to uncover exciting business opportunities.
• Generating new business opportunities for all existing Sales channels/Shop/warehouse space.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions for project/customer requests.
• Control and manage budgets, develop project financials to continuously improve profitability.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from customers.
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Requirements

• A degree holder with a passion for sales and business development.
• Minimum 10 years' Sales experience; knowledge in "Life Style" industry is advantageous
• Possess strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, attention to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation abilities and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
