We are now looking for high calibre Junior Accountant to help drive Links International to become the HR Outsourcing Partner of choice in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Finance and Accounting Team in the daily operations across APAC countries
• Responsible for both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and follow up with clients on unpaid dues
• Manage daily journal entry, filing & documentation
• Manage the Issuance and bookkeeping of all invoices, receipts and ageing reports
• Ensure all the daily income and expenditure are properly recorded and managed
• Handle banking facilities documentation, company secretarial documents, and other accounting matters
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports
• Assist in other finance administrative tasks or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting team
• Regional experience from multinational companies will be advantageous
• Good command in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Quickbooks, Xero)
• Fluent in spoken and written English, foreign language will be advantageous
