We engaged in the IT industry over twenty years, and our company is located at Kowloon Bay near MTR. We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of Accountant.

 Responsibilities;

• Oversee daily operations of accounting department
• Supervise Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP) clerks
• Prepare full set of accounts including financial reports and schedules for month-end, and year-end closing
• Liaise with auditor for audit matters and queries
• Report to director
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate)
• 10 years of experience in accounting functions, with 2-3 years of IT industry and supervision experience is an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good knowledge in notable ERP system eg Oracle Netsuite is definite an advantage
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, detail-minded, well organized
• Able to tackle heavy workloads
