Job Duties:

  • Handling daily reservations, enquiries received by phone, email and online channels 
  • Execute bookings and follow through in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
  • Handle hotel/air/land/meal/vehicle/guide etc. reservations for clients after a booking is confirmed (as supervise by our frontline sales)
  • Support the planning and execution of special events and marketing campaigns
  • Support special promotional campaigns occasionally
  • Dealing with tour guides/escorts
  • Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years job experience in the Travel Industry is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Chinese, English, Mandarin), other language skill is an advantage
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills

 

 

Salary: Negotiable
