About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented  Business Analyst  with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions. Knowledge of  Business solution on Facility Management, IoT, RFID and Project Life Cycle will be a significant advantage. Proficiency in tools like  Figma, MS Office,  and  UI design  is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
   • Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements via meetings and interviews. 
   • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
2. Process Improvement:
   • Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
   • Propose and implement solutions to optimize operations, particularly in areas like  Facility Management, IoT, and RFID technologies.
3. Project Life Cycle Support:
   • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
   • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, design, testing, user training and deployment.
4. Customer Support & Stakeholder Management:
   • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
   • Provide post-implementation support and address customer feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
5. UI/UX Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
   • Use tools like  Figma  and other UI design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
   • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
   • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Slides, Canva tools etc. 
7. Documentation:
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables, such as, requirement specification, test plan and user manual etc.. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of  Facility Management, IoT, RFID, and project life cycle.
• Experience in customer support and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in  Figma, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),  and other UI design tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
