The position plays an important role in finance and accounting, ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of our company. As Finance Manager, you will be a key contributor to our continued success, providing critical insights and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Oversee and enhance the efficiency of the accounting services team.
• Ensure timely delivery of management accounts following month-end procedures.
• Review monthly financial reports and provide strategic commentary.
• Support local operations and management in understanding key financial metrics.
• Manage online banking, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Foster strong connections with colleagues in the Hong Kong office and overseas, including Taipei corporate and other regions.
• Implement effective accounting practices and processes.
• Report directly to the Senior Accounting Director and CFO.
• Prepare year-end accounts and lead the audit process.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and adherence to local tax regulations in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (CPA/HKICPA) with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in finance and accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in the preparation of month-end financial reports.
• Proficient in year-end statutory reporting and compliance.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a core team.
• Proficient in financial software and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing a small team, with direct oversight of two reports.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
