Responsibilities:

1. Report to Financial Controller and responsible for FULL SET accounting for Hong Kong trading entities
2. Day-to-day coordination with overseas accounting & finance teams.
3. Prepare month end book closes, quarterly and year-end actual financial reporting, which may include (but not limited to) sales analysis, margin analysis, AR/AP analysis, etc.
4. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting for cash positions and manage liquidity.
5. Assist in facilitating internal controls and accounting system upgrade
6. Participate in ad hoc assignment by senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
2. 2-3 years audit or accounting experience in trading and manufacturing company is preferred
3. Capable of reporting including statutory P&L and Balance sheet, and other group reporting and analysis
4. Working knowledge in handling banking transactions
5. Diligent, resilient and committed
6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
7. Good team player, able to communicate and collaborate well with others
