Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Conduct SEO research to optimize website content for search engine visibility.
  • Manage and create written content tailored for the designated audience. 
  • Oversee and execute social media marketing efforts, including posting, community management, and engagement tracking. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align content and digital marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Liaise with external agencies on specific marketing projects and campaigns to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify current trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain high consistency, quality, and integrity of content across all channels

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline. A background in Science or Healthcare is a plus.
  • Native-level written and spoken communication skills in English. Traditional Chinese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving. 
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, or social media.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or medical content is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Genuine passion for digital marketing and enthusiasm for being part of the OT&P Circle of Care.
