Responsibilities:

• Perform QA testing processes to ensure high-quality delivery of web platforms and iOS/Android mobile applications.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
• Record test results and work closely with teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight project deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Familiarity with tools like Inspect, Postman, or Charles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
