Your Mission:
As a Project Executive, you will be the driving force behind our client events. From conceptualization to execution, you’ll ensure each project runs smoothly, meets expectations, and delivers impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is flawless.
• Manage vendors, partners, clients & internal teams to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Oversee on-site event setup & logistics, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Master project timelines & budgets with precision and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the spot to deliver the best experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• University graduate with 1+ years of experience in event management, event production, marketing, or project coordination.
• A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• A great communicator & multitasker who can keep everything on track.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin is a plus!).
• Proficient in MS Office & event management tools.
• If you have extensive experience, we’d love to consider you for a Senior role!
