About the role

As Product Manager in our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and market leadership for our cybersecurity portfolio by managing vendors and defining winning product & marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing 

  • Develop and implement product strategies for assigned vendors that align with the company's overall business objectives and meet sales target
  • Support the channel team in driving sales to end customers through partners, including direct end customer engagement and solution proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with channel and technical team to deliver pre-sales support
  • Cultivate and strengthen key vendor relationships to ensure consistently high and improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction
  • Strengthen relationship with existing channel partners and identify potential partners to establish long-term strategic partnership
  • Become knowledgeable about assigned vendor products and enable the internal channel sales team through training and resource provision
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends, analyze competitor offerings to identify business opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in technology-related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT solution distribution business
  • Knowledge in IT industry and channel account management experience
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
