The postholder will assist the Campus Development Office in maintaining the buildings and facilities of the Academy. 
Duties include:
- Handling building repair and maintenance related works;
- Involved in improvement and renovation projects;
- Supervising works contractors and technicians;
- Assisting in monitoring statutory compliance of buildings and facilities;
- Performing shift and emergency duties, etc.

Applicants should have :
(a) (i) A Higher Diploma in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Engineering or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 4 year’ experience in building repair and maintenance; OR
     (ii) A Higher Certificate in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Engineering or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in building repair and maintenance.
(b) Five passes in HKCEE or Level 2 or equivalent in five subjects in HKDSE subjects, including English Language and Chinese Language.

(c)  Holding a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”);
(d) Skill and experience in computer software applications including AutoCAD, MS-Office, etc.;
(e)  A high degree of self-motivation, and good supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills; and
(f)  Good written and spoken communications in both English and Chinese.
