Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Review staff expense claims
• Validate the information and supporting documents provided in the expense claims and ensure the compliance to the company’s polices
• Communicate closely with internal stakeholder to clarify any issues that are deviated from the policy
• Validate the relevant budget is being utilized accurately
• Assist to prepare regular and any ad-hoc analysis and reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin preferred)
