Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and execution of on-site AV & VC services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support regional and local clients on technical issues, including troubleshooting, operation and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Experience in event management and audio-visual services
• Familiarity with AV and VC systems (e.g., Crestron, Cisco, Zoom)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Well-versed in English and Cantonese
