Job Responsibilities (60% Network, 40% Server):

• Network Design and Implementation : Develop, configure, and deploy network solutions across APAC regions, ensuring reliable connectivity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Utilize network monitoring tools to assess performance metrics, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain optimal network efficiency.
• Server Management and Maintenance : Oversee server installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high availability and performance of server environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional IT teams and stakeholders to execute network projects , providing expertise and ensuring alignment with both local and global practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network and server configurations , providing regular updates on system performance and incident resolutions to management.

Requirements (MUST have):

• Education: Bachelor's degree/ higher in IT or a related field
• Certification: CCNP (finished/ in progress) or higher
• Experience: Expertise in both Network Engineering (e.g., Cisco Meraki) & Server Management (enterprise networking)
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (with good Cantonese is a plus)
