Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of all scale of project works and apply for reimbursement from related funding for all units in Yan Oi Tong;
  • Handle full spectrum support for various scale of fitting out, office relocation and renovation works;
  • Follow house rules to handle quotes and tendering process;
  • Perform cost planning and estimation, preparation of tender and contract documents, tender evaluation, valuation of payments and variations, and account finalization
  • Monitor the works progress done by authorized persons/ consultants/ contractors;
  • Provide on-site technical and engineering support to all units and comply with statutory requirements;
  • Any other duties assigned from the management.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Certificate with 3 years’ experience or above in Building Surveying / Building Services / Facility Management or related disciplines;
  • Knowledge in Funding allocation by Government or Organization;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, facility management;
  • Good knowledge of Building Ordinance and related laws;
  • Good customer service skills and able to communicate with all stakeholders including unit heads, principals and management staffs etc.;
  • Organize, strong scheduling, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills;
  • Good problem solving skills and able to sustain in high demanding working environment;
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to cope with fast-paced collaborative team environment;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
