  • Plan, develop and execute various Credit Card and Personal Loan acquisition programs, manage the series of acquisition channels to achieve the assigned business target
  • Support the expanding marketing team to achieve Credit Card and Personal Loan targets, by provide customer promotional plan, sales incentive plan and deliver relevant product knowledge to our frontline sales staff
  • Assist Management to evaluate the results and performance of frontline /channel sales staff, prepare relevant sales reports or incentive campaign with professional recommendations and workable solutions for management to improve the overall business performance
  • Liaise with internal parties to come up with suitable training materials and to make enhancement with feedback from sales team
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the marketing programs and new initiatives run smoothly and effectively
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or Business related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail banking business
  • Possess strong business and marketing sense with good project management and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, independent and with excellent interpersonal skill

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Acquisition and Channels Management.
