Responsibilities:

• Monitor the company’s fleet vehicles maintenance program
• Participate in driver training and site inspections to ensure proper operation and maintenance of vehicles
• Handle on-site investigations of traffic accidents and complaints
• Conduct periodic site visits and other measures to conform compliance with company policies and traffic regulations
• Liaise with and assist site personnel in delivering defective vehicles to the appropriate repair channels
• Visit service providers and body builders regularly to monitor repair and building progress
• Perform quality assurance on Fleet Management, including vehicles, fitted equipment and decals
• Assist in resolving ad hoc tasks and non-automotive technical inquiries

 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Technically oriented and creatively minded
• Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possess of driving license is a must
