Our client is a top tier international law firm looking to hire a junior US Capital Markets lawyer to join their expanding team due to an increased deal flow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior lawyer to join a highly ranked US Capital Markets team in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, and other equity-linked products.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction structuring and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, and compliance filings.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients to provide timely and effective legal advice.

Job Requirements:

• Open to HK/US/UK/AUS qualified lawyers from NQ - 2 PQE
• US Capital Markets experience and experience drafting prospectus
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Experience from an international firm
• Also open to US JD graduate from the top 15 US law schools looking to return to Asia with no capital markets experience
