Executive Solutions Limited is seeking Client Accounting staff to join our dynamic team in the Wan Chai District.  This role will involve providing comprehensive accounting service to our diverse client base.
 

Key responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients independently
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Assist to prepare monthly payroll, MPF schedule and IRD form
• Liaise with clients directly

What we''re looking for

• Diploma/associate degree/degree in accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, with audit experience is a Plus
• Relevant experience gained with professional accounting consultancy firm or audit firm is an asset but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel. Experiences in using accounting system such as QuickBook and Xero are preferred
• With knowledge and experience in payroll and MPF will be an advantage but not mandatory
• Self-motivated, well organized, independent, responsible and good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written English
