Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Global Investment Team Head
• Assist portfolio managers in covering a broad spectrum of securities with the initial emphasis on the Financials sector
• Prepare market outlooks and portfolio reviews and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform bottom-up fundamental equity research, including but not limited to independently conduct research on industry trends and competitive dynamics, analyze company business models and perform value assessments

Job Requirements

• Master degree in Economics, Finance or other related disciplines
• Must have more than 5 years relevant experience in global equity research experience, with in-depth knowledge of the US or European Financials sector (including banks, insurance, exchanges, asset managers, etc).
• Must have detailed financial modeling skills to analyze key commercial, financial and valuation drivers.
• Self-starter and passion for global investing
• With ever learning attitude
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
