Job Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the HRD and GM, Employee Experience in the development and execution of an industry-leading, global, employee experience including onboarding, learning, performance management, talent development, succession planning and DEI plans - to ensure high performance at organisational, team and individual levels across Fleet Management.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Support managers and leaders across fleet in their pursuit of building high performing teams
  • Support change management activity and internal communications
  • Support the implementation of our EVP, values, priorities and performance measures through various channels
  • Support the implementation of an onboarding framework (new joiner experience) globally, including implementation of all underpinning processes and clear accountabilities for different stakeholders
  • Take a lead role in supporting the company’s DEI agenda
  • Take a lead role in supporting ESG activity
  • Support the design and management of company events, engagement activities and other forums
  • Support the company’s listening strategy - including surveys, research and analysis
  • Support and / or lead projects as directed by the GM Employee Experience


Relationship


INTERNAL:

  • Stakeholders (based predominantly in HK, Singapore and India)
  • Internal IT Team (across HK/India in particular)


EXTERNAL:

  • IT Vendors


Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications:


Education / experience / technical skills required:

  • Relevant business bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years in HR, ideally with exposure to talent, engagement, performance, culture change activity
  • Experience with digital collaboration tools and surveying tools
  • Experience in data analytics, data visualization and articulating data insights
  • Experience working in an MNC advantageous
  • A change management qualification (e.g. Prosci) would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English required, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin advantageous
