Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, and excellent business analysis capabilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Process Improvement:
- Assess current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
Project Management:
- Managing projects, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop best practices for PLM data management and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of related technical experience with 5 years in business analysis and managing teams
- Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter and experience with its modules and integrations.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Putonghua, other language skills will have additional advantages
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure, digital workplace architectures and integration methodologies
- Other:
- Self-motivated, action and result oriented
- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills with multi-disciplined staff at all levels
- Able to work at Europe and US time zones
Certifications: Siemens Teamcenter or NX certifications and business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.
