Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, and excellent business analysis capabilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Process Improvement:

• Assess current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  
  

Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
  
  

Project Management:

• Managing projects, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop best practices for PLM data management and ensure data integrity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of related technical experience with 5 years in business analysis and managing teams
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter and experience with its modules and integrations.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua, other language skills will have additional advantages
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure, digital workplace architectures and integration methodologies
• Other:
• Self-motivated, action and result oriented
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills with multi-disciplined staff at all levels
• Able to work at Europe and US time zones
  

Certifications: Siemens Teamcenter or NX certifications and business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.
