Position Overview:
We are representing a global leading MNC Pharmaceutical to seek a dynamic and motivated Assistant Public Affairs Manager to join their team. This role will support the development and implementation of public affairs strategies, enhance our corporate reputation, and engage with stakeholders to promote our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of public affairs strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze public policy developments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and community organizations.
  • Support the preparation of communication materials, including press releases, briefing notes, and reports.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and other outreach activities to promote our initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on public affairs messaging and objectives.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on public opinion trends and stakeholder perceptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in public affairs, communications, or a related area, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of public policy processes and the pharmaceutical industry landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
