We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Corporate Secretarial, Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a portfolio of overseas “onshore” companies (including Asia, Europe and the Americas)
  • Liaise and coordinate with Vistra’s overseas offices to handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters, including: incorporation, routine corporate compliance, statutory filings and ad hoc corporate secretarial matters
  • Provide corporate governance consultancy to clients
  • Act as the central point of liaison for clients
  • Maintain and manage client and referrer relationships
  • Coordinate compliance and onboarding
  • Issue fees and handle invoicing/ payment tasks
  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned


Key requirements:

  • Degree / professional qualifications in Business, Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Exposure in handling overseas companies is preferred
  • Well versed in company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong client-oriented mind-set
  • Knowledge in ViewPoint and SalesForce will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred, because of frequent liaisons with Chinese speaking clients
