Manage a portfolio of complex claims and ensure timely and accurate processing
Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing claims
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys
Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing
Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives
Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in claims management in the life insurance industry
Candidates with less experiences will be considered for Claims Executive
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
