- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Familarity with European & South American markets will be a plus
- A stable financial background company + No business trip is essential
Duties:
- Handle full set of shipping documents independently
- Liaise with forwarders, transportation companies and factories to ensure on-time delivery
- Plan delivery schedule and monitor shipment status
- Arrange 3rd party inspections for pre-shipments
- Supervise sub-ordinate
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of relevant shipping/logistic experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, eg MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Familiarity with European & South American markets would be beneficial
- Less experience will also be considered to junior position
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
