Responsibilities:

• Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
• Liaise with international brands and local estate agents
• Conduct marketing research

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
• With at least 6 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently
• Experience in PRC retail leasing an advantage
• Of good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Putonghua and English
• Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities when necessary
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
