Assistant Billing Officer
Job Highlights
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely invoicing to customers
- Resolve customer enquiries / disputes
- Prepare month-end reports, reconciliations and statistics

- Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve customer enquiries / disputes
- Prepare month-end reports, reconciliations and statistics for internal control and performance monitoring
- Assist in system enhancements and ad hoc projects
- Support various projects & operations assigned by supervisor or management
- Degree holder in Business / Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience, preferably in logistics industry
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel functions
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Committed team player with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered as Billing Associate
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will be considered
