Responsibilities:

• Act as a key person to facilitate the digital transformation projects and implement prioritized digital initiatives
• To define and capture detailed business and functional requirements / user stories, process maps, system goals, and test plans
• Study market practice, vendor solutions, and perform gap analysis with solution recommendation
• Prepare project plans and progress updates
• Conduct UAT, arrange user workshops and prepare training materials & internal user guide to ensure the delivery of digital solutions
• Collect user feedback for system enhancements and review internal process from time-to-time
• Conduct vendor management, risk management and resource management
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Computer Science / Property Management / Commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experiences in business analysis, preferably with experience gained in real estate or property management industry
• Proficiency in conceptualizing and developing respective methodologies in process review
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage ambiguity and an aptitude for problem solving
• Good communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex information clearly depending on the audience
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
