Our client is a modern exclusive private members club in Hong Kong with a continuous expansion plan in Asia. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. you are the orchestrator of an exclusive dining establishment to ensure a seamless operations from front to back. You will set the tone for the front of house team by leading the team, and to ensure exceptional service and standards are delivered. As an ambassador and storyteller, you will engage diners and take them to an unforgettable journey and experience at the restaurant. Lastly, you are responsible for managing the financial performance of the restaurant and prepare management reports.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 15 years' experience working in fine dining restaurants, with a minimum of 4 years' as a Restaurant Manager
• Outgoing, charismatic, high energy level, a great storyteller, and creative
• Strong leadership, influential and communication skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proficient in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite for this role
