Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Learning Engineer at ROAAI located in Hong Kong SAR. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms for pattern recognition, reinforcement learning, neural networks, and statistical analysis. The role involves working on innovative AI-driven solutions to make the control systems intelligent and constantly improving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Data Pipelines:  Create scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Machine Learning Model Development:  Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to predict system behavior, detect anomalies, and optimize control system performance.
• System Integration:  Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing control systems, ensuring seamless operation and real-time feedback.
• Data Analysis and Visualization:  Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:  Work with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Continuous Improvement:  Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering, applying this knowledge to improve system performance and efficiency.
  

Requirements:

Education:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:  At least 3 years of experience in data engineering and machine learning.
• Experience in robotics and IoT systems a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Apache Beam).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
