We are growing and we’re looking for talent to come onboard our Marketing team as an Organic Marketing Specialist.
Mission
Your mission is to grow and scale MoneySmart Hong Kong’s organic search profile and foster business growth. You will work closely with the Organic Performance team to execute SEO strategies, and initiatives that meet set KPIs and ensure that we drive significant session volume and conversion for our unpaid marketing channels. You will also be contributing to in-depth market research and applied SEO best practices for Moneysmart financial products.
This role will be reporting into Senior Organic Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Implement search engine optimization excellence in Hong Kong
- Identify, propose and test new SEO tactics to enhance organic search performance
- Assist in SEO content growth in the areas of research, content planning and content upload
- Execute marketplace content creation / copywriting following SEO best practices
- Compile, measure, and interpret key metrics, including lead acquisition and conversion rates, tied to specific organic performance marketing campaigns
- Analyze projects results and make recommendations
- Stay on top of news and trends about the consumers and personal finance space in HK
- Regularly present and share data to the wider team on marketing initiatives, search landscape, and other macro news affecting business kpis.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine our full-funnel strategy
- Strategize and execute initiatives to drive business growth, market share, and conversion optimizations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of direct, relevant experience in SEO and SEO Copywriting with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge on On-page, Off-page, SEO. Must be able to measure and report on the performance of SEO success
- Strong knowledge of the SEO landscape in Hong Kong and how it is evolving in the region
- Familiarity in using industry tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as with different cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development best practices
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of LSI keyword research (in traditional chinese) for each marketplace category and identifying existing as well as new and innovative ways to increase organic Share of Voice (SoV)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail essential
- Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English, both written and spoken
