Responsibilities

• Oversee membership accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain and update membership information in the system
• Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding membership issues with professionalism
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all data.

Requirements

• A recognized diploma or above
• Experience in wellness or sales role will be advantage
• Able to work under pressure, independently, and with detailed mind
• Fluency of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
