• Manage, control and direct the financial functions of the client finance teams
• Business partner GAE to address operational efficiency and client’s delivery
• Point of escalation for internal and external client related issues and maintain client relationship
• Track contractual KPI’s and SLA’s with the clients and review updates with client finance leads
• Effective management of a diverse range of Stakeholders and business requirement
• Development of best practices, client finance solutions and implementing it
• Supports new business initiatives by contributing to RFP’s and presenting to prospective clients
• Provide strategic partnering and advice related to contracts, pricing and operational processes of the business
• Ensure compliance with standard internal controls and assist in the continued evolution of controls to support Corporate Solutions SOC1 attestations
• Maintain governance and compliance oversight over client and JLL set of books. Including active leadership over any audit or review process necessary
• Maintain cash and balance sheet health and manage finance cost to serve in accounts P/L
• Support wider Finance and Business strategic initiatives
• Liaise and partner with wider Finance team members across the region including Controllership, Tax, FP&A, Treasury etc
  
  

• Support client onboarding and off boarding resource model
• Manage risks to the business & deliver commercial validation and risk assessment during transition/ transformation
• Business partner with Client Finance Transition Team, TMO, Sales, Procurement, Legal and HR SMEs
• Support client finance teams through the stabilization period
• Actively seek opportunities to address risks and drive cost efficiencies through support model
• Support wider business initiatives for process improvement through technology product roll out
• Collaborate with JBS to better utilize centralized structure
  
  

• Establish defined career paths and succession planning
• Manage and mentor staff and help guide their development
• Drive JLL brand and team cohesiveness
• Create talent pipeline for future portfolio finance
