The Technical Business Analyst will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and optimizing an Oracle Solution (WACS and OFS) for asset management.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Asset Management Solution Lead to support Business/Functional Teams, System Integrators, and Technical Teams in delivering a fully integrated Oracle Asset Management platform (WACS, OFS, Unifier, and Primavera).
Develop, review, and refine Functional Design Documents (FD) and Technical Design Documents (TD) to ensure alignment with business requirements and the proposed solutions from the System Integrator.
Partner with Business Teams to drive process improvements and changes, adhering to a zero-customization principle.
Work closely with Functional Teams and System Integrators to manage risks, oversee solution design, and lead development, testing, training, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
Engage with the Digital BAU team to assess impacts on third-party systems and develop practical, integrated solutions.
Experience Required
5-8 years of experience in analysing business requirements, designing IT solutions, and delivering IT projects.
Proven track record in large-scale ERP/Digital projects, including integration and end-to-end development cycles.
Hands-on experience with multi-system integration and cloud-based projects.
Familiarity with implementing continuous integration practices and tools to enable automated builds, delivery, and regression testing.
