Our client is an electronics trading company that sells semiconductors, electronic components, and electronic equipment, providing technical support and solutions globally.
Your new role
Engage in business activities with both existing and new customers.
Liaise with internal and external staff and customers.
Coordinate delivery and order details with HQ, suppliers, and customers.
Provide information on production planning.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address delivery issues, lead time changes, and quality concerns by liaising with relevant parties.
Conduct business trips to South China and other locations as needed.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
F.7/DSE or higher education.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (B2B sales experience in parts products is preferable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing).
Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel for business trips (South China and other locations as needed).
Excellent communication skills.
