Job Description
· Manage the strategic direction of non-gaming systems
· Create and maintain business requirements for any IT application related enhancements / projects
· Collaborate with business users to define requirements and solutions within properties
· Work alongside product and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide knowledgeable support for the system
· Manage project teams and deliver consolidated solutions for integration, issues and risks
· Manage and defines all processes utilized by the team, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and PMO standards
· Produce quality deliverables in accordance with the SDLC process, and Project Management Standards
· Approve feasibility studies for new initiatives in alignment with management guidelines and their impact on business operations.
· Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives
Abide to the company rules & regulations
IT Knowledge and Applications
Proficiency in MS Office Automation (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is advantageous
· Familiarity with Figma is advantageous
· Familiarity with IT processes, policies and procedures
· Experience with hospitality application, particularly Opera, Shiji POS, Shiji BYOD, Vingcard, FCS One, OptiiKeeper is advantageous.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor Degree
Preferred: Master Degree
Area: Degree in Management Information Systems or a related business discipline
Required Experience
Years working of experience: 8+
Years of experience in related area: 3+
