We are looking for a naturally driven and passionate creative, with solid thinking & stunning craft. You will be expected to help generate ideas, create, art direct and deliver marketing materials across different media for both local and regional campaigns. You should be equally confident putting your ideas together in a compelling manner and selling them to clients. You are expected to collaborate with other teams such as planning/ account/ project manager or third-party suppliers to make all projects a creative and commercial success.

Requirements of the candidate:

· 3-5 years of art directing experience (Fresh grads may be considered for junior position)

· Experience in ADVERTISING Agency is highly preferable

· Hungry to produce high quality work

· Strong art/design and verbal communication skills, solid technical art direction with a keen eye for details and passion for big ideas

· Be interested in popular culture, social media and is up-to-date with current advertising trends and techniques

· Innovative, energetic and proactive, proven self-starter and a strong team player with a positive attitude

· Ability to shift priorities and navigate between competing deadlines while managing multiple projects of varying sizes, topic and type

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AI and Photoshop, After effect etc.) Strong editing, layout and graphic creation skills. The ability to create motion graphics or animated gifs is a plus

· Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
