Assistant Manager / Manager – Group Finance (Roads and Logistics)

The candidate is responsible for performing financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting and other accounting duties. In this regard, the incumbent is required to:

• Review and develop effective financial and control procedures and accounting systems;
• Compile consolidation and related disclosure notes;
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts;
• Review project performance and perform analytical review;
• Experience in financial modeling, investment appraisals and due diligence exercises; and
• Other ad-hoc assignments, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and Qualified Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent;
• 5 years working experience in accounting (Candidate with more working experience maybe considered as Manager);
• Preferably with experience in audit as well as commercial firms;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good computer skills and knowledge in FlexAccount and Oracle Hyperion are advantage;
• Knowledge of PRC accounting standards and taxation is preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadline and handle multiple tasks;
• Good team player with good analytical & communication skills, etc.
