About the job:

• Spearhead user experience initiatives across diverse project categories within the financial services sector, encompassing both design as well as Research/Discovery phases.
• Coordinate and conduct workshops, leveraging the expertise of the design team for support.
• Plan and run user research activities, collate and document the insights.
• Implement and propose new innovative user-focused methodologies to frame problems and needs.
• Actively question and refine the design process and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal results.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth, enhancing abilities in UX Strategy, Design Research, Information Architecture/Interaction Design, Service Design, Product Development, and Thought Leadership.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile development methodologies.
• Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts with users.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's design systems and internal products.
  
  

You:

• Minimum of three years experience in crafting solutions tailored for the financial services sector.
• Highly proficient with Figma.
• Proven track record working on comprehensive design projects, with a portfolio available for review.
• In-depth knowledge of various design methodologies and their strategic implementation.
• Experience in engaging directly with clients on projects.
• Deep understanding designing complex web and mobile experiences.
