Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Programme Manager (Senior Lecturer, Lecturer) at the Office of Service-Learning, located in Hong Kong. The role involves managing two master programmes with a team of engineers and scientists. Day-to-day tasks include teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, assessment of student performance, and contributing to research activities. The Associate Programme Manager will also be responsible for organizing local and overseas summer internships.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and curriculum development
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and student assessment skills
• Ability to collaborate with academic departments and community partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Service-Learning pedagogy is a plus
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
