Business Development Manager - Artist Partnerships & Marketing

The role will directly report to the Head of New Markets. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. The role will also support 360 marketing and business development strategy for the Brand via artist partnerships.
The ideal candidate will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to securing partnership opportunities, tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.
Job Description
Have thorough and accurate knowledge of the Brand and potential artists for collaborations
To own and grow an impressive portfolio, growing our existing relationships and bringing on exciting new partners
Supervise, motivate and engage his/her associate team for achieving targets
Actively identify and scout global artists for collaborations based on specific style, geo location, or audience demographics
Project manage artist collection launches and manage external artist relations - from internal communications, to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the artists, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or artist engagement
Know the ins and outs of social media for content distribution and creative briefs (IG, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch, Reddit...etc)
Responsible for weekly/monthly sales tracking, KPI tracking, and provide insights for optimization and improvement
Demonstrate creativity and coordinate with design team to come up with promotional content
Work closely with performance team to optimize ads performance of artists and suggest efficient A/B testings
Requirement
University Graduate with at least 5 years of marketing experience (International education or work experience will be an advantage)
Relevant experience in the art industry is a MUST
Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a MUST (Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage)
A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage
Strong interest in marketing with a good sense of art
Strong multi-tasking skill, willingness to learn, and ability to meet tight schedule
Good command of written English for creating marketing materials
Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills
