Prepare and update variation and claim status on a regular basis
Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract variations, interim and final accounts
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to compile concise and accurate Scopes of Work
Handle ad-hoc assignment (contractual / quantity surveying related) as requested
Required Qualification
Tertiary qualification or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in related fields (less experience will be considered as junior post)
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organisation
Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (English and Cantonese would be an advantage)
The ability to quickly adapt to any given circumstance
A positive outlook and be solution focussed
Proficiency in MS office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point
