Job Description:

  • Analyze customer needs, communicate with clients, and prepare solution design reports, implementation plans, and other technical proposals.
  • Join sales personnel on customer visits to understand project requirements, assess customer needs, introduce the company and its products, and establish a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Lead and manage the POC process, including confirming the POC plan, addressing issues during implementation, providing value-based guidance, and delivering final POC results.
  • Attend bidding meetings, provide explanations, and address technical questions related to information security technologies.
  • Participate in technical negotiations and assist in drafting technical agreements for projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies, products, and trends in the network security field, ensuring knowledge of emerging developments.


Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of pre-sales experience in the network security industry.
  • Proficient in network security technologies, standards, and security products/services (e.g., NDR, EDR, XDR, TI, EASM, DFIR, blue team, red team, SOC, SIEM, etc.), including both domestic and international solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in common network attack methods and defense strategies, including but not limited to: vulnerability exploitation (e.g., OWASP Top 10), Trojan implantation, ransomware, phishing, etc. Familiar with enterprise security operations.
  • Strong foundation in basic networking concepts and the ability to set up and troubleshoot devices.
  • Familiar with information security technologies and consulting methodologies for delivering security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
