They are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition and expand their user base for the social app. This role is crucial in identifying potential users, building relationships, and executing strategies to bring new users into our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new users to the social app.
• Identify and target key demographics and market segments to maximize user growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential users, influencers, and community partners.
• Conduct outreach through various channels, including social media, and networking events.
• Create and execute a sales plan focused on user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.
• Actively engage with the user community to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in web3 user growth
• Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and community building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
