Job details

• Assist Senior Government Counsel/Government Counsel and provide paralegal support in the implementation of capacity building/promotional activities organised by the Legal Enhancement and Development Office, e.g. drafting documents, updating of Schedule of Legal Events/Meetings and assisting in liaison/reception duties etc
• Assist in SEO/EOII in the preparatory work for the roll-out if ELectronic Recordingkeeping System
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSEE/HKCEE including Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent
• Chinese word processing speed of 20 wpm and English word processing 30 wpm
• Knowledge in the application of common business software
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Government
