Contract - 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve customer promotion appeal cases by evaluating their validity against set guidelines and authority limits.
• Engage with internal customers to collect essential information and share updates on appeal statuses.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all appeal cases, including assessments and final decisions, in the Master eform and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with different departments to support a smooth appeal process.
• Ad hoc support and other tasks assign by the supervisor.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to understand product promotion terms and conditions (T&Cs).
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with eform systems is a bonus.
